Privacy Policy

When you make a booking we collect your name, email, phone number, and billing address, along with the details of your stay: dates, the size of your party, any pets, your estimated arrival time, and any notes or requests you share. When you contact us or join our mailing list, we collect what you enter on that form.

We do not see or store your card number. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.

We use your information to take payment, confirm and manage your reservation, communicate with you about your stay, and respond to your questions. If you opt in, we also use your email to send occasional offers and news, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We share information only with the service providers who help us run bookings, and only as needed:

• Stripe, to process your payment securely.
• OwnerRez, the system that holds your reservation.
• Our analytics provider, to understand how the site is used (see below).

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

We use a privacy-conscious analytics tool to count page views and follow the steps of the booking process, so we can improve the site. It sets an anonymous identifier in your browser; it is not tied to your name and is used only to join your visit together. We do not use advertising trackers.

We keep booking information for as long as we need it to run your reservation and meet our tax and legal obligations. Personal details held for the post-stay billing process are retained for 90 days after your stay and then removed.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are required to keep. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under California privacy law, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
