Titan is a grand entertainer. An expansive outdoor terrace offers a dozen ways to spend the afternoon: swimming in the heated saltwater pool, soaking in the hot tub, lounging in the sun, gathering at the bar, or lingering over dinner in the open air. Inside keeps pace: a living room with a seat for everyone, a family room around the 9-foot pool table, a private cinema, a gym, and a chef's kitchen with room to cook as a crowd. The Pool & Hot Tub
Newly remodeled in spring 2025, the saltwater pool and hot tub are both gas-heated to comfortably swim every month of the year. Lounge chairs and a large sectional couch line the water's edge.
Dinner Under the Pergola
The lighted pergola holds a 12-person teak dining table with a propane grill alongside. Cook yourself or leave it to one of our highly recommended private chefs.
The Family Room & Outdoor Bar
A 9-foot pool table anchors this lower-level family room. There is ample entertaining and relaxation space with a pub table, bar cart, beverage refrigerator, TV, and window seat. If you want to enjoy the beautiful Sonoma weather, open the doors to an outdoor bar seating area with additional pub tables, cocktail chairs, and room to mingle.
The Theater
Custom-built for the ultimate group movie night: a 100-inch screen with rear projector and Sonos speakers and base. Choose from six power recliners on the elevated back row or an extra deep couch with ottomans up front. If neither of those are enticing, climb into the cherry-wood lounge nook to stretch out, cuddle up, or build a fort. The Apple TV comes loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Prime Video.
The Gym
A full gym with weight machines, Bowflex 5lb-52.5lb adjustable dumbbells, cardio equipment, yoga mats, a mirror wall, and a 55-inch TV.
The Kitchen & Dining
The chef's kitchen runs on two ovens and a four-burner stovetop with griddle and indoor grill, and is stocked from blender to coffee grinder. The dining room seats 12, the kitchen nook seats 6 more, and dinnerware for 16 — with wine, champagne, and old-fashioned glasses to match.
The Living Room
The open entry level connects the kitchen with the living and dining rooms. Couches and chairs comfortably seat even the largest groups around a 75-inch 4K TV. An attached balcony overlooks the pool.
