Guest Communications
Farpoint may communicate with guests by email, phone, platform messaging, SMS, WhatsApp, or other communication channels for booking, stay, check-in, property access, urgent property update, and guest support purposes.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Program name: Farpoint Guest Messaging.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Farpoint, you agree to receive booking, stay, check-in, property access, urgent property update, and guest support messages from Farpoint at the mobile number you provide or use to opt in.
Messages may include booking confirmations, check-in instructions, property access details, stay reminders, urgent property updates, and replies to guest support questions.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to make a booking or receive service.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Farpoint unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or SMS consent for marketing purposes.
