Meridian
The whole day belongs outside at Meridian. This private playground on over an acre of flat, wooded land has spaces for everyone. A rock-lined waterfall cascades into the heated saltwater pool, with a spa alongside. A bocce court and pool table invite play, while the dining pavilion gathers everyone for meals hot off the grill. Couches, pool loungers, and Adirondack chairs are scattered through the grounds, so there's always a place to land in the sun or the shade. And when evening finally draws everyone in, there is no more comfortable living room, dining room, and chef's kitchen.

The Pool, Spa & Rock River
The newly remodeled saltwater pool is gas heated to be comfortable all year, at no extra charge. The attached spa is perfect for those wanting temperatures in the 100s. There is ample space around the pool for lounging or curling up on a couch, and the rock river and falls make the perfect meditative backdrop.
The Dining Pavilion
Next to the pool, the outdoor dining pavilion holds a large table that seats 12 adults, along with a wood bar and a grill with two preparation and serving tables.
Bocce & Backyard Games
A full size bocce court sits beside the dining pavilion and pool. Bocce balls are, of course, provided. On the other side of the pool, just outside the living room, are a pool table, a cuddler lounge chair, and additional seating.
The Living Room
A 14 by 12 foot sectional plus two accent chairs easily seat 12 adults for movie night around an 80 inch 4K TV with Apple TV and streaming services. The gas fireplace warms the whole room, a 6 person counter height table behind the couch hosts games and snacks, and a reading nook with a comfy window seat hides in the rear. Double doors open to the side deck and all the outdoor amenities.
The Dining Room
A giant solid wood table beneath a beautiful castle chandelier easily accommodates more than 12 adults with plenty of room for serving dishes. Dinnerware for 12, with wine, champagne, and old fashioned glasses, plus several Williams Sonoma serving pieces.
The Kitchen
Recently remodeled top to bottom: a large refrigerator, double ovens, a 6 burner stovetop, a dishwasher, and a big center island, outfitted with Cuisinart pots and pans, KitchenAid utensils, and all the standard cooking tools.
